Childrens Yoga

Introduce yoga to your children through simple, life enhancing asanas (physical postures) and pranayam (inner process using the breath). At the program, children will experience enhanced concentration and memory, more focus, and improved mind/body coordination. The practices learned are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments.

This introduction to yoga includes simple life enhancing practices:

  • Upa Yoga: Activates the joints muscles and energy system

  • AUMkar Meditation: Enhances memory, concentration, focus and mind-body coordination.

  • Nadi Shuddhi: Balances and purifies the system


Classes available for all children age 4-14 regardless of experience with yoga. Generally children will be grouped from 4-7 and then 7-14.
