About The Event
Angamardana is workout system rooted in yoga that builds strength without bulk and adds resiliency and tenacity to the body and mind. Its done with no equipment, just you a yoga mat and a 6x6ft space. Angamardana, it builds a different level of strength. This is not about building muscles but about strengthening the ligaments. Once you strengthen them, they will keep you in good stead for a lifetime.
Class schedule (All sessions required)
Saturday from 4:30 - 8:00PM
Sunday from 8:30 - 11:30AM and 4:30 - 8:00PM
Agility level: Intermediate
Prerequisites: No prior experience of yoga required
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing
Come on an empty stomach (avoid eating 4 hours before class)
SPECIAL OFFER – Accommodations available for overnight stay. The venue is an Air BnB space, 2 private rooms available in this home, just $75 per night.
