Surya Shakti is a dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures. It energizes the system to a different dimension. This process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.

Yoga for Health and Inner Balance 2:00 - 3:30PM $40
Every human being is capable of living healthy and well. Health must come from within. Create an atmosphere where body, mind, emotion & energy are in good harmony. Invest about twenty-five to thirty minutes a day in the morning towards inner wellbeing, towards certain simple processes with which one can engineer the body and mind to experience full health and wellbeing.

Yoga for Kids 4:00 - 5:30PM $50
A powerful practice that activates the brain and only takes 15 minutes a day to practice. Benefits of this practice include activating the lumbar region of the spine, and strengthening the muscles around the spine to prevent collapsing of the spine that can occur with aging, and for overall wellbeing.
