About The Event
Surya Kriya is a gentle, slow-paced, 21-step process to aligns yourself with the cycles of the sun, the essential powerhouse of this planet and your physical body. Regular practice of Surya Kriya boosts vigor and vitality, balances hormonal levels in the body and greatly improves posture and balance.
Class times (attendance require both session)
Saturday from 8:00 - 11:30am and 4:00 - 7:30PM
Optional practice review Sunday from 7:30 - 9:00AM (review included with workshop price, please select the free ticket)
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat
Empty stomach required (avoid eating four hours before class
