Agility level: Beginner
Ages: 14+
Prerequisites: condensed format for Surya Kriya practitioners only, must have attended a Surya Kriya workshop prior to attending. Can be attended as a review class.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat
Empty stomach required (avoid eating four hours before class)
