This guided practice session is for those who have learned Yogasanas from an Isha Hatha Yoga teacher.
Requirement: Empty stomach condition.
Details
- Park on the street, come in the front door and leave shoes just inside.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
- Bring a yoga mat and what you need to sit comfortably on the floor.
