Saturday from 8:30 - 11:30 and 4:30 - 7:30PM

Sunday from 8:30 - 11:30 and 4:30 - 7:30PM

All sessions required

Cost:

$300 Full workshop (all four session required)

$140  Retake workshop (for those who have taken the program and wish to renew their practice)

$50 Session Four (for those who have taken the program and wish to review the practice)

Experience: Intermediate

Age: 14 and above

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing

Come on an empty stomach (avoid eating 4 hours before class)
