To revitalize and rejuvenate it’s necessary to release the dormant energy within in the human system. Energy tends to accumulate in the joints, making them powerful storehouses of energy. The practice taught in this class, called Sadilaja, loosens up the joints, muscles and energy system. It releases this inertia or dormant energy in the system and rejuvenates the body. This practice brings an instant sense of alertness and liveliness to the system and can help relieve joint pain.
Sadilaja can be practiced by anyone over 4 years of age. This simple practice is done standing and can be modified for sitting in a chair.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing
It’s best to come on a light stomach
(avoid eating 2 - 2.5 hours before class)
